Terms and Conditions of the Mekanik Zone Online Store

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Mekanik Zone website, available at mekanikzone.com, owned by Mekanik Zone, registered at Kotarbińskiego 34, 41-400 Mysłowice, NIP (Tax ID): 2220931345.

2. These terms set out the conditions of sales, delivery, payment, returns, complaints, and data protection.

3. Using the website, including placing orders, subscribing to the newsletter, or using the contact form, implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. The website owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The current version will always be available on the website and will take effect upon publication.

§ 2 WEBSITE USAGE RULES

1. Users must use the website in accordance with applicable laws and good practices.

2. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content, including content that infringes on third-party rights.

3. The website administrator is not responsible for technical interruptions, system errors, or any consequences resulting from improper use of the website.

§ 3 PLACING ORDERS

1. The online store enables users to place orders for products 24/7.

2. To process an order, users must provide valid contact details and make a payment using one of the available methods.

3. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email to the address provided during checkout.

4. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

a) Incorrect or incomplete contact details,

b) Non-payment within 3 business days of order placement,

c) Suspicion that the order was placed in violation of these terms or applicable laws.

§ 4 PRICES AND PAYMENTS

1. All prices displayed in the store include VAT (gross prices).

2. Available payment methods:

• Bank transfer,

• Credit/debit card,

• Online payment via payment service providers.

3. If payment is not received within three business days, the order may be canceled.

§ 5 DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. Ordered products are delivered via courier services or other available shipping methods.

2. Delivery costs are specified at checkout and depend on the chosen shipping method.

3. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

4. Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for returns.

5. The seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used by the customer.

6. The customer covers the return shipping costs unless the return results from the seller’s error (e.g., incorrect product sent).

§ 6 DATA PROTECTION

1. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for order processing, inquiries, and newsletter subscriptions.

2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy policy available on the website.

3. Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of their data.

§ 7 COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES

1. Customers have the right to file complaints regarding defective products within 2 years of receiving the product, in accordance with the Civil Code.

2. Complaints should be submitted via email to mekanikzone@gmail.com, including the order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos.

3. The seller will respond to complaints within 14 business days of receiving the claim.

4. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or the customer will receive a refund.

§ 8 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These terms and conditions take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

3. In the event of disputes, both parties will aim for an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by a competent Polish court in accordance with applicable laws.
